Hot pink on yellow! What could be better?

Antique silk floss on cotton embroidered bolster pillow from the Swat Valley, in today’s Pakistan.

Diamonds with thick stripes cover the front, in hot pink, with some pink, dark blue, green silk, and white cotton interspersed.

In its original size, with one small metal snap at one end for a closure.

Reverse is mostly yellow cotton with just a small embroidered border, a reprise of the front. Some faint pink smudges on reverse, they do not detract.
